CPCC Sealed Two Service Stations in Chandigarh Industrial Area
Chandigarh(Mera Chandigarh): On the directions issued by Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee (CPCC), two service stations including M/s Try Star Group of Companies, 812, Industrial Area, Ph-II and M/s Try Star Retreading Pvt. Ltd., 815, Industrial Area, Ph-II, Chandigarh were sealed today by the authorities for causing water pollution, being operational without a valid consent to operate and not complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Hazardous Waste (Management Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008.
